Order

What is the Minimum Order Quantity per order?

Each item have different M.O.Q., kindly contact us for more info.

How do I place an order?

Make enquiries by email / phone call / WhatsApp, and we’ll be in touch within 1 business day.

Details needed are:

  • Product Description / Picture
  • Quantity Required
  • Company Logo for Printing
  • Expected Lead Time
Can I get a sample before confirming my order?

Yes, kindly contact us for further information on any of the products.

How soon can I get the goods?

For ready stocks, please expect a minimum of 7-10 working days for the goods to be delivered to you. For custom-made items from China, we have 2 options for the shipping method, one is Air Shipping, with an average of 2-3 weeks are required. The other one is Sea Shipping will be delivered within 4-7 weeks.

Printing

What is the printing lead time?

Typically about 1 to 2 weeks time after visual approval and 50% deposit.

Do you accept rush orders?

Rush orders are possible, however there would be additional cost. Kindly contact us so that we can understand your requirements.

 

How do I submit my artwork for printing?

You may send the artwork by email or Whatsapp to our Sales Advisors.

What type of format should I submit my artwork in?

Kindly send us the Artwork files in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format or Corel Draw (.eps) format. Fonts should be outlined to avoid loss of font type. Artwork must be in Vector Format for best printing quality. Other non-vector based file may cause delays.

Payment

What are the accepted payment methods?

Currently we only accept payment through online transfer.

Delivery

Do you offer delivery services?

Yes, we do offer delivery services. Preferred courier partner is Lalamove as they provide a platform for same day pick up and delivery.

How much is the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are based on Lalamove delivery rates. However, for order value above RM 1000 we provide FREE delivery. 

Do you deliver outside of Klang Valley?

Yes, its possible for us to arrange deliveries outside of Klang Valley but with additional fees.
